Terms of Service
General
Products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you with an option of waiting for the product to become available or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
If you want to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. We might be able to stop it being sent to you. If you change your mind after the goods have been sent, you can still return them, under the terms of our refund policy. If any item you have received is damaged, or missing, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Delivery
We aim to deliver orders to the UK 10 working days. For other countries, we will advise you when you place your order. We will let you know of any possible delay.
Payment terms
When placing an order via our website payment is required immediately. For bulk orders please email us to discuss. For a first order we will require payment to be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed with us. On first orders, shipments will not be sent until payment is received. For existing customers we allow up to 30 days for payment from the date of invoice. If an order has not been paid within 30 days we reserve the right to apply a penalty charge of 10%.

Refund policy
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of the dispatch date with your receipt and you will receive a full refund, providing the goods are not damaged. This does not apply to bespoke or customised cards or prints.
If you want to return goods, please let us know by email to info@edytheart.com and we will provide details of the return address. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the post. If the goods are not in re-saleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund. Of course, if any goods are lost or damaged in transit to you, or they do not match your order, we will replace them without charge, or provide a full refund. This applies to all cards.
